Return Policy

If you purchase products on Toripet.ca, we will refund you for any unopened boxes in the same condition you received them within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be sealed in their original packaging. Refunds do not include shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team with your name, order number, and a photo of the unopened products.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is deemed defective.

4. We will notify you via email once your return has been received.

5. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Important: All returns must have a return authorization number provided by Toripet.ca. Returns without this number will not be accepted.
